I find it noteworthy that Russia started the SMO in Ukraine within hours of USA first exact Pluto return. I do not think this means this is the end of USA only of iit'sPlutonic abuse of power. The coming dispersing influence of airy Aquarius is bringing us much needed multipolarity to replace hegemony.

This is an interesting take on what's up:
Whilst we're all thinking the 2026 outer planet harmony aspects are "all good", this is a polarised view with historical precedent, but an interesting one, nevertheless.
I can't really see the similarity to the upcoming 2024-2029 years because the outer planets are in very different signs. Being in sextile and trine aspects again isn't something I find noteworthy for the fall of an empire.
Something to keep an eye on is Uranus around 8-9 degree Gemini as there was always an involvement of the US in a major war in the past. Next time that will be in the middle of 2027.
That last sentence is interesting in terms of all three outer planets, as the current Neptune/Pluto cycle began with their conjunction in 1891 at 9degGemini, and the rolling along of Uranus there will of course give a little tap to that outer planet conjunction theme, as well as to the involvements you mention.

I use the Sibly chart rectified for 16:50 by British astrologer Vivian Robson, because it works. In relation to the video you posted, and the mention of the data/information held by the FBI, Hunter Biden has yesterday admitted, via his lawyers, that he does indeed own the infamous laptop. This possibility of ownership was refuted for many months, as being 'disinformation'.
The implications both of the laptop and the refutation, are more than noteworthy. I think this will ripple out beyond containment. I suppose trying to keep anything much secret, whilst Neptune has been in opposition to Sibly Neptune as the claims were made, was a poor policy. I also suspect that as the repercussions ensue, transiting Saturn moving into that opposition, will try again to prevent much coming out, but again, ultimately won't be possible.

Before continuing, just a little disclosure, first: I was born in the U.S. and have lived through enough election cycles, 13 of them, to know that, overall, whichever party is elected to power, I live in a fairly progressive society. So it matters not at all to me which one wins. To me, the cyclical nature of government and the political processes at work is as natural as the cycles of Jupiter and Saturn -- there are times that call for progressivism and times that call for conservatism. Were it not for manipulative identity politics and its divisiveness, I believe most reasonable people would be able to accommodate both. What never seems to change, however, except to become increasingly more flagrant, is the level of corruption of career politicians and the corporatists whose interests they serve.
Those Church Committee hearings in the mid 70's, btw, became my classroom for nearly a year and a half, at the age of 20. They were my introduction to how government works in the real world and made a lasting impression on me. Nothing has changed. That the security state is currently trying to tip the scales of balance in the other direction (well, not really ...) is just as wrong now as it's ever been.
So, if by chance you are referring to the 51 former intelligence officials (FBI, CIA, NSA...) who lied to the public and suppressed media coverage of Hunter's laptop in order to provide cover for his father just prior to the 2020 election, you're right, there will be no containment, etherea.

I have just read an article posted by someone on twitter from Vanity Fair, written by Michael Lutin (who was sacked for it, eventually), stating that many astrologers believe that any 'empire' lasts only as long as a Pluto cycle. I've actually come to view the U.S. Sibly Pluto return a little differently from most.
Most noticeably, I would say that nothing has been the same ever since September 11, 2001, just as a balsamic Pluto was nearing the close of its return cycle at exactly 45° (semi-square) from its natal position. This, to me, was the definitive moment as to the beginning of the end to life as we'd known it in America. The balsamic phase is about release and letting go the past, it is a period of decay and disintegration, of dying into the future -- much akin to the nigredo stage, the processes of which are associated with Saturn.
It wasn't until twenty-one years or so later with the Sibly Pluto return that more death came visiting. It was a further descent into darkness and with so much more all but disappearing during the pandemic and lockdowns.
In retrospect, as transiting Saturn was configured with Pluto in both the above instances -- first by opposition and then conjunction -- it's weirdly more like watching a controlled, slo-mo demolition! Saturn, itself, was also in the balsamic phase of its own synodic cycle with respect to Pluto, and it still has two more such synodic cycles that are nearing completion -- the next with Neptune and the last with Uranus -- all in relative short order, cosmologically speaking.
And, just like the recently completed Saturn-Pluto synodic cycle, these next two will also align with the lunar node axis -- the Ouroboros -- another alchemical symbol connoted by the Moon, which must shed its shadow just as the serpent sheds its skin.
While the ultimate significance of the Sibly Pluto return is specific to the U.S. and yet to be fully realized, that of the three synodic cycles of Saturn is of global import, and so much of what's currently happening is so very anti-Saturn in all the wrong ways.
I haven't had time to check, so don't know how unusual it is for transiting Saturn to have three synodic cycles come to completion in such quick succession, especially in alignment with the nodal axis, as well.
Will be looking more into implications of the upcoming Chiron return and two eclipses.

The April eclipse will add pressure to the US chart Pluto, which has been highlighted by its return but will also be in square to eclipse Sun/Moon in late Aries, a bit like prodding the angry lion.
