Yes. If Saturn is ruler of the 7th, and in the 7th, it does refer to the question, and not the validation of the chart.
Sun approaches a conjunction to Saturn, moon approaches a trine to Jupiter.
It does look like a yes, within the year. (11 months?).

Hm. The moon will make the following aspects:
- trine to Jupiter
- sextile to Mars
- square to Uranus
- opposition to the Sun (which is a full moon)
- opposition to Saturn
I dont see the opposition to the sun as a good omen. If a relationship will happen, then probably with some difficulties.

Thanks for your PM.
The different opinions and interpretations result from the fact that everyone uses a different system of interpretation. Some use the classic interpretation rules of Lilly, Frawley and Co., others use more modern interpretations. then something else comes out. My interpretation is more modern, but I don't know if that's always appropriate. ;-)
But I see it like @Vineta
Additionally:
- The partnership/possible partner is Saturn in the 1st house. A potential partner tends to be self-centered instead of caring about you/of focusing on you.
- You/Sun are in his 12th house. For him you are more on the sidelines. I don't think that's a good position for you.
- Venus is in the 7th. That's enough for me to assume that the question is interpretable. Also Saturn in 7 does not represent an interpretation restriction for me, since it is the signifier of the relationship/the partner.
- Yes, Saturn and the Sun still meet, with no major obstacles in between. But just the placement of both and the fact that partner Saturn is in his 1st house (see above) makes me skeptical that this would result in a positive outcome. Maybe it would be a man in another partnership (Saturn = bound) hiding you (you in his 12th house) and putting himself first (him in his own 1st house).
- So if you met someone (e.g. through the Jupiter trine) I would be more inclined to assume it was an affair (would be fitting as Jupiter is from your 5th house).
- The course of the moon at the end with the opposites of the sun and Saturn: There is the opinion that nothing will happen then. But there is also the intertretation that although it is possible, the hurdles and difficulties are too great and in the end it is not worth the effort and everything falls apart again.
However, judging by the time units, I would have guessed that you must have already met someone. maybe not until mid-July, but the time units don't always work like that ;-).
My tip: When you meet someone, look carefully to see if he is realy free for you. If he is married or in another partnership, I don't think he would break up because of you.

(I was wrong with my "story" about Lucinde's question!). And with the different systems of interpretation, you never know if it was the right one to answer the question.
I also read, that when the moon meets its significator, you are confronted with yourself. Maybe it's circumstances (like @Vineta wrote) that you don't like that you have to think about how to deal with.
