I would hazard a guess that power issues between them have surfaced.

Meanwhile, Solar Arc Pluto is hitting natal Uranus.

Add the recent Mars/Saturn opposition (falling across his 2h/8h), then I would add money issues.

His SA Moon is due a sign change, from Gemini to Cancer, which change is 4-5 months away.
 
His Solar Return for this September shows Chiron on his MC.
Also, a New Moon in 3h.

And Jupiter conjunct Uranus, in SR 10h.
 
His natal chart is interesting in terms of planets in domicile:

Venus - Libra
Pluto -Scorpio
Neptune - Sag
Mercury - Virgo.
All feeling comfortable in their own signs.

Which in turn, highlights the energy that is not comfortable in the sign:
Jupiter - Cap, in 12h.

Perhaps this latter detail has been why he has been unable to clearly see his natal advantages.

King Charles III. got diagnosed with cancer, Transit-Pluto squares his moon at the moment, his moon is ruler of the 12th house.

tr Uranus opp sun, ruler of the Asc/ body is on the way in a few months. But was also active last year.
solar arc saturn, ruler of his 6th house of illness nearly conjunct his sun/asc ruler.
tr Saturn opp Saturn, ruler of the 6 th house of illness just passed. Probably a time when there were more problems.
They discovered it early and he is positive.

Is her birth time confirmed? Astro.com suggests 7pm but I don’t think it’s accurate?

If yes - she has t Chiron square her moon right now, 3rd hit.

natal saturn is strong in libra !, exalted, altough it makes a natal square to the sun, asc ruler. and conjunction to pluto.

William has a nice sun/moon placement in cancer in the 7th house. thats good for them.
all insinuations will also haunt him and could remind him of the witch hunt for his mother.

Thanks for clarifying. I got my data from Astro seek. But of course, it's rare for someone to be born at an even hour.
